Shipping Policy

We want you to love your cap, but if it doesn’t feel right, we’re here to help.

 

  • You can ask for a return or swap within 3 days of getting your order.

  • Caps must be new, not worn, and still in the original packaging.

  • Keep all tags attached if they came with your item.

  • We don’t accept caps that are used, altered, or damaged.

  • Exchanges are based on what’s currently in stock.

  • Refunds are issued after the product is checked.

  • Shipping cost is paid by the customer unless the cap arrived faulty or incorrect from our side.
